When Eyesight Worsens During Post-Viral Recovery(My Healing Journey – Part 1)
Adjusting to wearing glasses after struggling with eyesight issues while dealing with post-viral fatigue and EHS has been a rollercoaster. While I’ve steadily increased my wear time, some days, like today, I find myself barely having the energy to keep them on. It feels like my body’s still catching up with the change, and some days, even eight hours of wear feels overwhelming. I’m learning to listen to my body and take breaks when needed. It’s all about finding balance as my body adapts to this new phase. Patience, once again, is key in this healing journey.

Traveling with EHS is like stepping into an EMF battlefield—airports buzzing with Wi-Fi, security scanners zapping you, and airplanes packed with Bluetooth signals. This trip, I’m testing the Aires Flex to see if it helps mitigate the electrostress. I’m also running a little experiment: one flight with noise-canceling AirPods, one without.
