Back to School, Back to EMFs?! Let’s Talk About Protecting Our Kids

Aires Tech Back to School Kids Tech Wellness Bundle featuring the Lifetune Go EMF protection device and the Bored Panda children’s book, displayed together to promote safe tech habits for kids during the school year.

They’re Little, But They Deserve Big Protection

We don’t let kids chain-smoke in the classroom, right? Then why are we okay with them being surrounded by radiation-emitting devices all day?

I’m talking about EMFs—electromagnetic fields—which are everywhere in modern schools: from the Wi-Fi in every hallway to the smartphones in every pocket to the Bluetooth earbuds buzzing nonstop in little ears.

The issue? Children are not just smaller adults. Their bodies, brains, and DNA are still forming. That means they absorb more radiation—and may face more severe consequences in the long run. We’re still in the early chapters of understanding what this means for their health.

Let’s not wait for the end of the book.

The Digital Overload in Schools

We’ve traded chalkboards for smartboards. Playgrounds for screen time. Classrooms for “tech hubs.” But while the world marvels at innovation, kids are feeling the weight of overstimulation.

EMFs are only one piece of the puzzle. There’s also the emotional dysregulation, attention struggles, and sleep issues that come with too much screen exposure—especially for sensitive and neurodiverse children.

Denmark said “no thanks.”

And honestly? I applaud them.

Denmark recently made a powerful move to protect childhood:

  • No personal phones before age 13
  • No phones in schools. Period.

Let that sink in.

They’re prioritizing child development over convenience. And while most of us don’t live in Denmark (hi from Amsterdam ✌️), that doesn’t mean we can’t choose to protect our kids, too.

How You Can Protect Your Child—Right Now

Even if your child’s school is full of tech, you can take simple steps at home and on-the-go:

✨ Turn devices on airplane mode when not in use
✨ Use wired headphones (yep, they’re back—and they’re safer)
✨ Keep screens out of the bedroom
✨ Give their brains tech-free time to reset
✨ Talk to the school. Advocate. Share research.
✨ And most importantly: support their energy field with frequency-based protection

Which brings me to something very exciting…
