Who is responsible

This website, tanimaralayla.com, is run by T.L.M.M. van de Camp (Tanimara Layla), based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Once officially registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), the business name and registration details will be updated here. If you have any questions about your personal data, you can reach me at tani@tanimaralayla.com.

What I collect, and why

Newsletter and Human Design list

If you subscribe, I collect your email address and name through MailerLite. I use them to send you my newsletter, updates on my journey, and a note when sessions open. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email.

Chart generator

If you generate your chart, the birth details you enter (date, time, and place) are used to create it through Bodygraph.com. Bodygraph.com does not keep your details for me. Your name, email address, birth date and time, birthplace, and chart results (type, strategy, authority, profile, and a link to your chart) are sent to MailerLite, to deliver your chart and add you to my Human Design list. The chart link contains the details you entered, including your name, email address, and birth data, so please keep it private and don’t share it. I use this information only for my Human Design work: readings, reports, coaching, and telling you about my offerings.

Practice sessions

If you take part in a free practice session, I send you a Google Form, where I collect your name, email address, and birth details to prepare your reading. I delete this information once your session is finished, or earlier if you ask me to.

Purchases

My e-books are sold through PayHip. You are taken to their platform, where payment and purchase details are handled under PayHip’s own privacy policy. I do not process or store your payment information.

Visitor statistics

I use Google Analytics, through Site Kit, to understand how the website is used. You can read more in my Cookie Policy.

Embedded content

Some pages include content from other services, such as Spotify podcast players. These services can set their own cookies and collect data when you interact with them.

Who receives your data

MailerLite (email), Bodygraph.com (chart creation), Google (analytics and forms), and PayHip (purchases) are separate companies with their own privacy policies. I do not sell your data. MailerLite and PayHip store data within the EU. Where a service processes data outside the EU, such as in the United States, it relies on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address and the details above in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Practice session information is deleted as described above.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to tani@tanimaralayla.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
