My story
For 15 years, I lived in a body that kept crashing — waves of unexplained fatigue, brain fog, and sensory overwhelm that made everyday life feel like too much. I worked for two decades at Schiphol Airport, surrounded by constant movement, noise, and invisible stimulation. I kept wondering why my system felt so overloaded all the time — and why no one else seemed affected in the same way.
At the time, I was not yet aware that I had electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) a recognised complaint pattern as defined by the Dutch Foundation for EHS. I also didn’t understand how deeply that sensitivity was shaped by who I am: an Indigo, born with a nervous system that registers what others don’t. I always felt different, but I didn’t yet know that my body was reacting to something real — frequencies in my environment that most people tune out or never feel at all.
Eventually, blood tests confirmed chronic Epstein-Barr, and that became a turning point. Through that diagnosis, I began to understand how EMFs were acting like a constant fuel source — keeping my system in agitation instead of allowing it to heal. I realized I wasn’t fragile or imagining things — I was simply tuned into a frequency-heavy world in a way my system couldn’t handle without support.
That was the moment I encountered what Aires refers to as the Aires Effect — a shift toward greater environmental clarity. Instead of continuously pushing a nervous system that was already under strain, I began to experience what regulation actually feels like: calm, grounded, and clear, rather than wired and depleted. This wasn’t about belief or mindset; it was a tangible, physiological change in how my system related to its environment.
Today, I’m able to live in Amsterdam — a highly stimulating urban environment — because my body has more capacity to regulate within it. Aires has supported my ability to live in an environment that previously amplified an already taxed system, allowing regulation and recovery to become possible again.
Why I became an ambassador
What first stood out to me was a gap in awareness. I experience the world through a quantum-sensitive nervous system, which means I tend to register environmental influences earlier and more intensely. That sensitivity gave me insight — but what it revealed isn’t exclusive to people like me. It applies to every biological organism.
The human body is a hyper-complex electrical system. All biology depends on signaling, timing, and coherence to regulate, recover, and adapt. As our environments become increasingly saturated with electromagnetic input, that system is continuously interacting with its surroundings. For some bodies, the effects become noticeable early. For others, much later. But the underlying mechanism is shared.
When I discovered Aires, I recognized an approach that was asking the right question: how does the hyper-complex electrical system of the human body function within modern electromagnetic environments? Their work acknowledges this interaction without fear or oversimplification — treating sensitivity not as a flaw, but as information.
Aires’ focus on environmental clarity reflects how the body actually works: not by blocking the world out, but by functioning best in environments that are coherent and supportive. For someone with a quantum-sensitive system, that distinction is immediately tangible. For others, it may take longer to register — but it is no less relevant.
I share this work not because it’s niche or personal, but because it’s foundational. This conversation isn’t about exceptions — it’s about biology.
And I’m proud to be part of bringing that awareness into the world.
To my fellow ambassadors
Especially those here in Europe or the Netherlands — I’d love to connect.
Whether you’re new to this or have been sharing the Aires Effect for a while, there’s so much value in exchanging ideas, stories, and creative ways to reach the people who need this. We’re all part of something bigger than just content or codes — we’re helping shift awareness around how modern environments affect the body, and what’s possible when the nervous system is supported.
Let’s collaborate, share experiences, maybe even co-create something that speaks to the frequency-sensitive souls out there who haven’t yet found the words for what they’re feeling.
If that resonates with you — reach out. My inbox is always open.
Let’s tune this world together.
What I use as an ambassador
I personally use the following Aires wellness devices as part of my daily rhythm:
– Aires One – supports my system while I’m on my phone by tuning surrounding frequencies
– Aires Go – my wearable companion for clarity and nervous system ease when I’m out and about
– Aires Flex – wearable or placed in a room for added calm and resilience in changing environments
– Aires Zone – comes with me on the go to create a more regulated field around me
– Aires Zone Max – supports my environment while I work, rest, create, or recharge at home
Each one plays a unique role in helping my body stay clear, calm, and steady in a frequency-heavy world.
