Did you know that in the Netherlands, you can officially register your electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) with the National EHS Reporting Center? This is an important step in gaining recognition for EHS as a real condition. Even though I have found effective ways to modulate EMF exposure with devices from Aires Tech. and my symptoms have improved significantly, I still made sure to register—because every report strengthens the case for better awareness and action.
This article is focused on the process in the Netherlands, but I encourage you to check if similar registration options exist in your country. The more people report, the harder it becomes to ignore EHS as a legitimate health concern.
Why Register?
The Stichting EHS Reporting Center collects data from people with electromagnetic hypersensitivity and publishes an annual report on the number of registrations. This is important because only with a significant number of reports can real political impact be made. The more people who register, the greater the chance that policies and measures will be introduced to take EHS seriously.
How to Register?
You can easily report yourself via an online form on their website. During this process, you can not only indicate that you are electro-sensitive but also share your personal experiences. This helps create a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of EHS.
If your sensitivity to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) changes over time, it is also important to submit an updated report. This keeps statistics accurate and helps map the current situation in the Netherlands. You can read about my EHS story here.
More Help and Information
In addition to registration, the Stichting EHS Reporting Center offers valuable information and support, including:
- What EHS is and what you can do about it
- How to determine if you are electro-sensitive
- Practical tips to reduce EMF exposure at home
- Lists of low-radiation accommodations
For further questions, you can contact the EHS Info Line, where experienced volunteers can guide you or refer you to specialized help.
Taking Action Yourself
While registration helps to increase EHS visibility, it is also important to take personal action. You can reduce your exposure to electromagnetic radiation by making conscious choices in your environment. Want to know how high the radiation levels are in your home or workplace? You can have a professional measurement conducted by a company affiliated with Vemes.
