Personal Note from me
This book was born in the space between crash and clarity—after I got sick last year and realized no one could really help me in the way I needed.
Up until that point, I’d lived with a quiet sense that something was off. I often felt misunderstood, emotionally overloaded, and physically drained—but I didn’t know why. It wasn’t until I became truly ill that I had no choice but to listen deeply, follow my intuition, and guide myself through the unknown.
While my symptoms were invisible to others, what I felt was painfully real.
So I began building what I couldn’t find: a healing manual. Not just for navigating post-viral fatigue or quantum sensitivity, but for surviving in a world that often doesn’t make space for people like us—the sensitive, the soul-aware, the ones going through something huge and unseen.
The Indigo Healing Guide is the resource I wish I’d had. Both when I came into this world, and when my world turned upside down.
