You guys know I’ve already shared why I sold my Apple Smart Watch — mostly because of the buzzing, the stress, and that constant sense of being on. But recently, I came across something that completely confirmed what I’ve always intuitively felt… and it came straight from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Let’s talk about what happens when you strap a Bluetooth EMF device directly onto the wrist — one of the most sacred energetic areas in your whole body.
And while we’re at it, let’s also talk about what this does to your nervous system — because that’s the part no one is talking about.
Your Wrist is Sacred — And TCM Knew It First
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the wrist is a major highway for multiple meridians — channels that carry subtle electrical signals (or Qi) through your body. And one of the most important meridians that passes right through the wrist? The Heart Meridian.
It runs from the heart, down the arm, and into the pinkie finger — and right at the wrist, it hits a major point: HT7, or Shenmen, “The Spirit Gate.”

My personal experience
In 2023, I was well on my way to becoming seriously unwell. My menstrual cycle mysteriously stopped, I crashed during workouts, and my energy levels dropped significantly. Looking back, my symptoms worsened during the second half of that year. Ironically, I was trying to get healthier — tracking my workouts and sleep with my Apple Watch — until I hit a major crash.

You are not a machine.
You don’t need to be tracked, buzzed, and measured to be valid.
Your wrist is not a charging dock — it’s a portal to your spirit gate.
If you do choose to wear a smart watch, consider at least supporting your body with one of the Aires wearables.
