Traveling with EHS: Part 1 My Travel Tips & Aires Flex Experience

Traveling with EHS is like stepping into an EMF battlefield—airports buzzing with Wi-Fi, security scanners zapping you, and airplanes packed with Bluetooth signals. This trip, I’m testing the Aires Flex to see if it helps mitigate the electrostress. I’m also running a little experiment: one flight with noise-canceling AirPods, one without. Will Bluetooth exposure drain me more, or will my big amygdala regret the extra noise? Plus, my post-flight recovery plan includes grounding ASAP and extra hydration. Frodo the Butterfly: A Journey of Resilience and Reflection

This week, an unexpected visitor brought lessons of resilience, self-compassion, and transformation into my life. A beautiful peacock butterfly, Frodo, appeared in my bedroom, struggling with a broken wing. Our shared journey mirrored my inner struggles as I faced fatigue, emotions, and the need for healing. Naming him Frodo, after the resilient hobbit, I cared for him as he reminded me to embrace compassion—not only for others but also for myself. Frodo’s broken wing became a symbol of burdens carried and strength found. As he rests now in wintersleep, I trust his story isn’t over—just as my own continues to unfold.
